Current Situation

 

Uruguay is located in South America. Uruguay is bordered by Argentina and Brazil. Uruguay's economy is growing steadily. Its biggest employer is the services sector and its largest exports are agricultural products and manufactured goods.

(2014) Uruguay's economy continues to grow at a steady pace and this is expected to continue for the near future. Uruguay also legalized same-sex marriages and cannabis in 2014. Uruguay will be welcoming back Tabare Vazquez as President in 2015, he had previously served a term in the early 2000's.
